If you wish to return an item, please contact us first before shipping it back, including your order number and the reason for the return. According to our returns policy, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that our exchange policy states that certain items cannot be returned, such as discounted items, discontinued items, and custom-made items. When you return the item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs, as outlined in our returns policy. Please note that these costs are non-refundable.
