Should you wish to return an item please contact us first before shipping your item, with your order number and reason for returning.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition to which you received it and in the original packaging.

There are items that cannot be returned such as discounted items, discontinued items, custom made items, please check the product page for for specific return restrictions.

As you are returning the item you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. these costs are non-refundable. we recommend using a tracking service for your returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item.

once we have received your item you will be notified, we will then inspect the item. if your item has been approved we will initiate your refund to your original method of payment. you should receive this within a certain number of days as this depends on your payment methods policies.

to arrange an exchange for your item please contact us prior to shipping, you can do this be emailing us at b4bathrooms@hotmail.com stating your order number and details about the item you wish to replace.

depending on reason for replacement and stock availability we may be able to accommodate the request.

you will be responsible for all shipping cost for both returned item and new item.

should you need to cancel an order you must contact us immediately. if your order has not been shipped we will do our best to cancel this and provide a full refund, but if your order has already been shipped you will need to follow our returns policy.
