RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first before shipping it back, including your order number and the reason for the return. According to our returns policy, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that our exchange policy states that certain items cannot be returned, such as discounted items, discontinued items, and custom-made items. Be sure to check the product page for specific return restrictions related to our refunds policy.

RETURN SHIPPING

When you return the item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs, as outlined in our returns policy. Please note that these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking service for your returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item, in accordance with our exchange policy and refunds policy.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your item, you will be notified. We will then inspect the item as part of our returns policy. If your item has been approved, we will initiate your refund according to our refunds policy to your original method of payment. You should receive this within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method's policies and our exchange policy.

EXCHANGES

To arrange an exchange for your item, please review our exchange policy and contact us prior to shipping. You can do this by emailing us at b4bathrooms@hotmail.com, stating your order number and details about the item you wish to replace. Depending on the reason for replacement and stock availability, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs for both the returned item and the new item, as outlined in our returns policy. CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and provide a full refund according to our refunds policy. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy for any exchanges or returns.
